Exactly two years back, I had hit a rough patch with respect to my health. Had to travel abroad and there was no confidence in me to deal with the situation that had arisen. And this is where, as a friend, Shreyash came forward and offered his help in the form of Qigong. Even after being a corporate head honcho he was carving out time for my well-being. For me, it was all new. I was ignorant about this technique. I just had faith that he is putting in efforts more than me, so this should work.
